| These are brand new Iris Sweaterbox racks manufactured right here at RBI Plastics. These have several standard features to make your reptile keeping easier, better organized and safer. These racks use the Iris MCB-L sweater box, probably the best tub available for mid sized snake or Leopard Gecko colony use. These boxes feature a smooth, large surface area bottom for easy cleaning. That's right! NO grooves or indents that feces can get stuck in! Our direct contact back heat allows these racks to heat more efficiently in rooms over 74 degrees. For those who prefer or require belly heat we now offer that option on this rack. Our superior design allows for "bump free" tub sliding and NO direct contact with the heat tape! Heating is accomplished with 11" Flexwatt heat tape on the back OR 3" Flexwatt in the shelves for the belly heat. Heat tape is fully recessed into the shelves (see pic below) for long product life and safety.
Racks are stackable up to 3 high and lock together with alignment pins (included),
and are made from black 3/8" PVC plastic so they will stand up to years of use. Heat and tubs are included. Stacking Tips: This rack can be stacked with our STC-410 Rack, the Sweater Box Rack and Arboreal rack. This rack should be used as the base. Rack Dimensions - 17" x 24" x 26.75"

We strongly suggest an Infrared thermometer to go with your racks if you do not already have one. Precise monitoring of your cage temps will only increase your chances of success with your animals. We use and recommend the RBI model 412L for most applications.
