Reptile Basics Inc. was formed in 2001 as the internet division of Piedmont Reptile, our brick and mortar retail store in Archdale, North Carolina. The primary focus at that time was breeding and resale of quality CB and WC reptiles.
In 2004 the decision was made to sell the retail store and focus on internet sales and reptile shows in the eastern US. At this time RBI also started the cage making business. All of our cages are cut and assembled in our facility using CNC equipment. Since that time there have been several internet based caging companies that have come and gone. RBI has continued to be a fast, reliable and competitive alternative for your reptile caging needs. We have been very careful not to outgrow our capabilities so that we can offer more personalized service and faster turn around times on orders.
