Johnson Controls Thermostat A-419. This is just the thermostat itself, it is not prewired.

These thermostats Have a 1500 watt capacity, digital readout, and maintain their setting after a power failure.  This unit includes the sensor probe.  They are very similar to the Ranco ETC's.
