We are currently using the Tetra Pond DHP4200 on our aquatic turtle pond here and have it teamed up with the BP-4000UV filter and are having great results.  We had a problem with some free floating algae late in the summer (algae bloom!) due to the very high bio load we are maintaining.  To beat that back into submission we added a Greenfree 36 watt clarifier and that cleared it up in a few days!  Our pond is approximately 2700 gallons with a total of 54 watts of UV clarifier on it, likely over-kill but we do like our turtles and we have a bunch of them!
