The best T8 for chameleons, Couldn't Imagine how nice the T5 must be!
Within a hour of my chameleon basking his color has improved and the brightness and color tone of the cage looks more crisp. I used this light to replace a zilla 25 T8 (I know a horrible cheap UVB light) and its much higer quality. I've owned the 5.0 bulbs and I think this light is slightly better! Only thing to see is how long the actual uvb is emitted but I don't see it being a problem of lasting the quoted year. Reptile basics is a great company! They sent my shipment out on the same day I ordered it which was one day before veterans day and I still received it within 2 days and everything was correct.
