VERY IMPORTANT:  In most cases too much heat is more dangerous to your live animal cargo than not enough!  These packs are designed to provide a gentle, slow starting long duration heat.  They ARE NOT hand warmers.  Hand warmers available at your local sporting goods or big box store are dangerous for use with live animal shipments!  They provode much higher temperature much faster and for a shorter duration.
