These are the new Vivarium Electronics VE-2 Racks. A real game changer in PVC racks! Finally you have the freedom you need to have truly interchangeable tubs in one rack. The VE-6 can use (3) VE108-8 Tubs OR (2) VE108-11 OR (1) VE-108-23 Tub PER SHELF. Yes, you can have 1-3 tubs per shelf! This small rack can be used to add to the height of the VE-6 system or is a great rack for those with just a couple of animals to keep.
Rack dimensions are approximately 23" Deep x 16.5" Wide x 11" Tall
VE 108-8 tub measures 22.44" Deep x 4.92" Wide x 4.25" Tall
VE 108-11 tub measures 22.44" Deep x 7.36" Wide x 4.25" Tall
The VE 108-23 tub measures 22.44" Deep x 14.76" Wide x 4.25" Tall

As with all reptile racks using heat tape, you MUST use a thermostat (sold separately) to control your temps!

I have 13 of these now. Plan on getting 3 more. Stack them 4 high. They're right when they say stacking 5 or more high puts a bind on your bottom tubs. So I'm going for 4 rows of 4 high.. These are great!

The VE-2 is so worth the money. Everything that a PVC rack should be is in this. The boxes are top notch, the heat tape is top notch, even the routing for the thermostat sensor is done so there is some strain relief. And the ability to use 3 different size boxes makes it so useful.

This is my first rack. And they are awesomely made. You don't have to do anything to them. Just hook up your thermostat. Plug it in and go.
Now, about the shipping. Nothing to worry about. They pack it in a tough thick box and styrofoam the corners and sides. And not that cheap white styrofoam either. It's some good styrofoam. So the point is, in transit, this thing could fall off a truck at 70mph and nothing will happen to it.
But the rack itself is great. I ordered the largest tubs. Which right now is a little too big for my BP's. But they will grow into it.
So overall this is a great buy.

Awesome rack
We purchased this rack for our first two ball pythons when we couldn't get the temps and humidity right in an aquarium. We have now had the VE-2 rack for almost 3 months. We fell in love with the hobby and ended up purchasing the VE-6 as well as our collection grows! The rack is reliable, consistent and very well built. Great rack for new snake keepers
Bought this rack for keeping corn snakes. Both my snakes and I couldn't be happier with it. Looks and works great. Locking pins for tubs are a nice touch you don't find else where. Rack was delivered promptly and in good condition packaged well. Customer service is also very good. Over all couldn't be more pleased with this purchase.
