240L-UVC Incubator

• The new Vivarium Electronics® line of reptile incubators has some unique features that make them stand out!  What truly distinguishes them is the all-new UVC sterilization feature.  This helps to eliminate transmission of mold and mildew spores as well as helping control any flying gnats or other pests that find their way into your incubator.  The UVC unit is user replaceable (lasts for years of use at recommended settings) and is concealed behind the back wall of the incubator for safety. 

  The VE line of incubators also utilize a highly accurate proportional thermostat which holds very tight temperatures.  No more 3°+ degree drift you may have seen in other models.  While these may look similar to other models on the market, they are not! Removal of the cooling feature allows the use of a proportional thermostat and the ability to maintain very tight temperatures.

  • All VE incubators feature Temperature alarm buzzer that will sound if the Incubator temp fluctuates too far (+/- 9°F / 5°C).  Power to the heat element will also be cut off for safety.
  • All VE Incubators feature a power off memory.  Should the power fail or Incubator be unplugged, the unit will retail all settings and will restore these settings when power is restored.
  • All VE incubators operate with virtually no noise or vibration and are very energy efficient!  Only the bare minimum energy required to maintain temperature is used. 

  Please note that this incubator does not feature cooling capability.  It cannot get cooler than your ambient room temperature.  All incubators benefit from a room temperature approximately 10° F, or more, cooler than the desired incubation temp.  This will allow the thermostat and heat element to work together and maintain a very steady temperature in the cabinet.

Due to its size, this incubator will be delivered motor freight to your curb.  NO inside delivery is provided.  Please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival. If any visible outer box or product damage is present, do not accept the shipment or clearly note the damage with the driver on the bill of lading before signing.  Failure to do so may limit any damage claims.
